About Us

Established in 2017, TrustPoint was founded to address health concerns among adults with developmental disabilities. Through nutrition-focused and person-centered exercise interventions, TrustPoint has contributed to significant improvements in the lives of its residents. Our approach supports individuals in managing chronic illnesses and related secondary health conditions by emphasizing the benfits of fresh food without imposing restrictive diets. 

TrustPoint managers have over 25 years of combined experience and have backgrounds in Nursing, Mental Health Counseling, Disability Services, and Risk Management.

We specialize in using fresh ingredients to prepare exciting meals including grilled fish, smoked meats, roasted vegetables, and even grilled fruits. 

Our 4,800 square foot home sits on 1-1/2 acres on a quiet cul-de-sac. This 4 bed, 4.5 bath property features a finished basement, an anti-scalding hot water system, and a whole-house generator to ensure resident safety during severe weather conditions.
