Our Story

Starting from modest origins in 2010, TrustPoint was established in 2017 to address health concerns among adults with developmental disabilities, achieving the milestone of opening our first licensed group home in 2021. Through nutrition-focused and person-centered exercise interventions, our program has helped individuals overcome challenges, live healthier lives, and travel to thirty-five states and two countries.

Our approach supports individuals in managing chronic illnesses and related secondary health conditions by emphasizing fresh food without restrictive diets. In coordination with primary care physicians and healthcare professionals, we prepare tailored meals using diverse cooking methods to meet specific nutritional requirements. Ingredients such as leafy greens, lean proteins, and healthy fats are integrated into meal planning strategies designed to promote healthier dietary choices.

Individuals acquire the skills needed to overcome challenges associated with morbid obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. Engaging with the community is integral to who we are, and TrustPoint continues to play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their personal goals and fulfill long-held ambitions.
